Refund Policy

Self-paced courses

A full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 50% of the course or downloaded the full resource pack.

Live cohorts

A full refund up to 7 days before the cohort start date. After the start date, a pro-rata credit may be issued at our discretion.

Classroom batches

A full refund up to 14 days before the batch start date, less a processing fee. One batch transfer is free.

How to request

Go to Dashboard → Orders, select the order and click “Request refund”. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
