What we collect

Account details you provide, learning activity (courses, progress, assessments), transaction records, and technical data such as device type and approximate location derived from your IP address.

Why we use it

To deliver courses, process payments, personalise recommendations, provide support, and — where you have opted in — send product and marketing updates.

Payment data

Card and bank details are handled directly by our payment processors (Razorpay and Stripe). We never store full card numbers on our servers.

Sharing

We share data with processors who help us run the service under contract. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data from Dashboard → Settings, or by emailing our support team.

Retention

Account and transaction records are retained for as long as required by law; learning records are retained while your account is active.
